Welcome to Staff Hisab, a payroll and staff management software built for small businesses, schools, and organizations. By using our software, website, and mobile or desktop applications, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Staff Hisab (“Service”, “We”, “Us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Staff Hisab.

3. Account Registration

To use Staff Hisab, you are required to register an account using your email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Do not share your login information with anyone.

4. Service Scope

Staff Hisab allows registered users to:

  • Add and manage staff/employee details
  • Track daily and monthly attendance
  • Generate and export salary reports
  • Calculate monthly payroll
  • Access your data through Windows software and the web platform

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to abuse or misuse the platform.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments
  • Staff Hisab operates on a subscription-based pricing model
  • Plans are based on the number of staff you manage
  • Payments can be made through UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, QR Code, etc.)
  • No credit/debit card information is stored on our system
  • Access is granted upon successful payment

  • All payments made to Staff Hisab are non-refundable
  • We do not offer partial refunds, cancellations, or plan downgrades after purchase
  • Please review your selected plan carefully before completing payment
  • A 14-day free trial is available to help you evaluate the service before purchasing
  • For any payment concerns, please contact our support team prior to subscribing
6. Data Privacy

We value your privacy. All data related to your account, staff, and payroll is securely stored. Staff Hisab will never sell, share, or misuse your data.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

  • You violate any of these terms
  • You use the service in a harmful, fraudulent, or abusive manner
  • Required payment is not received
8. Limitation of Liability

Staff Hisab is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, or that all features will work in every system environment.

We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or financial damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Updates & Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be effective once posted on our website. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
